App build and feature work

The app is fully built as a cross-platform application (iOS-first) with a shared backend and admin tools. The core platform is complete and the full change list from our June 29 review has been implemented.

Completed

Core platform

  • Full app foundation: mobile app, companion web app, and API backend with database
  • Prayer Wall with AI-assisted moderation and an admin moderation dashboard
  • Daily Challenge (75-Hard style) built around the four disciplines: Heart, Soul, Mind, Strength
  • Daily devotional, events calendar, media hub, Find a Church (Acts 29), Hidden Heroes section, sponsor showcase
  • Persistent 988 crisis resources banner throughout the app
Completed

Custom authentication by user type

Sign-in and onboarding now route every user through the right access tier:

  • Verified tiers for Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire, with ID-based vetting
  • New Supporter tier: no veteran verification required, built for donors and partner churches
  • Supporters can pray for others but cannot post prayer requests, keeping the wall protected
